The Second Part Of The Session Will Focus On Calming And Centering The Mind Using Different Tools And Techniques Each Time. This Is Where The Fun Really Starts!
Patricia Has A Vast Range Of Spiritual Experiences To Draw Upon And Vibrational Tools At Her Disposal That She Will Share With You. The Focus Is Always To Restore Inner Balance And Your Ability for inner Transformation. You Will Have The Chance To Try Out Essences Like Chiron Or Aura-Soma, crystals, Pendulums, Techniques Using RESET, Visualizations, Qi Gong And So Much More!
The First Few Classes Will Introduce (Brain-Gym Exercises And) Acupressure Points Relating To Stress-Release, Affirmations ,Breathwork, sound healing.
The Class Will Be Deliberately Kept Small for a more personal interaction & Sharing.
