Allergies and Such

"I have been suffering from severe rash allergy for many years.
On my first consultation, Patricia balanced my overall energy level, which was extremely helpful. I felt very much energized or lighter the next day and onwards.
2 weeks later, I was hit by a severe influenza – fever, headache, cough, bodyache and zero energy. Having consulted a general practitioner for 2 weeks, I was not feeling any better. (I was also having disturbing dreams about my ex-boyfriend.) My doctor was worried, as the symptoms did not improve, thus I was given a blood test and put on a course of antibiotics.
My blood test results showed nothing was wrong. That same day, I saw Patricia again. This time for my ‘illness’ and my low spirit. I was advised to sustain from white rice/wheat, which had been my main staple. My bad feelings from a Sydney experience with my ex boyfriend 2 years ago was dealt with.
Although I was not prepared to change my diet, I have had enough of feeling ‘sick’. So I did change it.
Here I am, feeling much better. And now I know what is good for me, and what is not."
